Since the beginning of this lease, I have had to return my vehicle to Santa Monica Audi at least once a month, sometimes three times in the same month. Most of the time they keep the vehicle for a day but sometimes they need to keep it for a week. When they do not keep the car overnight, they do not offer me a loan car. The problem is that my job requires a vehicle at all times and therefore whenever I do not have my car, I cannot work.
ReplyDeleteHere is a list of the technical issues I have had with my vehicle since the beginning of the lease :
- Malfunction of the headlight range control
- Malfunction of the Air Conditionning System
- Front seats trim parts at headliner coming loose
- Minimum oil light coming on every 1000 miles (two oil consumption tests performed which means 4 days in total)
- Malfunction of the Turbo Pack (twice within 6 months)
- Engine shuttering when accelerating (I already contacted you in the past regarding this particular issue that was finally taken care of after having returned the vehicle four times to the service department of Santa Monica Audi)
- Gears not shifting normally in automatic mode (checked twice but problem still not fixed)
Here is a list of technical issues for which I will have to return the car once more :
- Malfunction of the right headlight range control (strong vibration at all times)
- Gears not shifting normally in automatic mode
- Key getting stuck in the ignition hole
- Oil consumption (Santa Monica Audi keeps telling me that adding a quarter of oil after more or less 1200 miles is normal while everybody else tells me it is not)
